楼市火爆频出地王118个 二线反超一线成香饽饽

一位外资银行外汇交易员直言，25日当天外汇市场交易相对平淡，几乎看不到国际投机资本的大手笔沽空抛单，主要原因是多数交易机构依然认为，一旦人民币汇率跌幅过大，中国央行可能会采取干预措施。
统计数据显示，在过去5个交易日中，沪深两市两融余额徘徊在8300亿元以下，这一水平已与2014年11月底相仿。彼时，上证综指刚脱离在2500点附近的鏖战，无论是就指数还是两融余额而言，一轮急速拉升正呼之欲出。而截至昨日，上证综指回落至2800点附近，两融余额的回落则更先一步。
如何打
前年年底以来，随着央行降息降准，市场上流动性是较为充裕的，而且资金利率也不高。按理，在这种情况下，股市是比较容易获得资金的，因此不至于出现流动性不足的问题。但是，目前股市流动性的确很成问题，究其原因，一方面是由于去年下半年以来股市大跌，投资者遭受重大损失。在这种情况下，投资者的风险意识大幅上升，不愿轻易入市。即便在其他市场没能找到什么投资机会，也不愿意在股市中操作。这种“一朝被蛇咬，十年怕井绳”的思维定式，对人们的操作影响很大。现在，很多人选择了低仓位，甚至是空仓，过去十分抢手的融资额度，现在也被大量闲置，目前的两融余额是一年多来最低的。所有这些，都表明投资者入市与操作意愿不强。
