2016第五届中国国际无人机应用技术展览会今天在北京举行。此次展会以“创新、融合、发展”为主题，全面展示国内外最新的无人机产品与技术，整合各方面的优势资源，为进一步推动我国无人机产业发展提供良好平台。机构预计，到2019年，我国消费级无人机市场出货量有望达到300万台，未来发展空间广阔。
“感知群众疾苦、了解群众诉求、倾听群众呼声，发挥好信访的‘晴雨表’作用。”对于如何梳理分析群众意见，为党委政府决策参考提供有效依据，徐思鸣表示，一方面是从大量分散的群众信访中，捕捉和发现带有倾向性、苗头性问题，全面把握一个地方或一个领域矛盾纠纷的现状和走势；另一方面，也要从群众的意见中发现带有普遍性的问题，提出完善和落实政策以及改进工作的意见建议，推动从政策层面成批解决。
