传奇影业是万达今年年初宣布斥资不超过35亿美元（约合人民币230亿元)收购的电影制作公司，这起并购被称为中国企业在海外市场最大的一起文化并购案例。公告披露，传奇影业营业总收入由2014年的26.35亿元增至2015年的30.23亿元，但其2014年、2015年净利润分别为-22.43亿和-36.28亿元。这也使得收购完传奇影业母公司青岛影投之后，万达影视净利润为负。基于此，深交所要求万达院线补充披露扣除上述因素影响的传奇影业2014年和2015年的净利润，并分别列示上述原因对传奇影业净利润的具体影响金额。
