昨日发布的阿里巴巴集团2016财年年报披露，今年早些时候，美国证券交易委员会（下简称美证监会）告知，他们正在发起一项有关阿里巴巴是否违反联邦证券法的问讯。阿里巴巴称，美证监会要求公司主动提供资料和相关信息：合并财务报表政策和实践（包括对股权投资法下的被投资方菜鸟网络的会计处理），适用于相关方一般交易的政策和实践，以及双11运营数据的统计。“我们正积极主动提交美证监会所要求公布的信息、与之合作，并通过我们的法律顾问向其提交了相关文件和信息。美证监会提醒，要求提交这些信息不应该被证监会或者证监会员工解释或暗示为已经违反联邦法律。”
